Bensons Estate Agents – COVID 19 Update

As the global pandemic COVID 19 continues to spread, it’s expected there will be a potential impact to our working practices. As such it’s important to outline what we’re doing at Bensons Estate Agents to try and limit the spread of the virus and how it could impact on the service we provide. Whilst this is a stressful time for everyone, we’re taking precautions and following government advice to protect our clients, tenants, landlords and staff. Our office will continue to remain open and we will update you if the circumstances change, however we would ask that you make contact with us via phone or email if possible, so we can all help to limit the potential spread of the virus.

It is forecast that COVID 19 is likely to continue for some time, but collectively we can help reduce the risks. We have created contingency plans and will be implementing a risk analysis on a property by property basis so we can protect you, our staff and the general public. We aim to continue to provide a comprehensive sales and lettings service, however there is the possibility that our service levels may need to be adjusted.
If it is necessary to close the office we will have the ability to answer calls and respond to emails from home to provide the continuous service that is expected.

If you’re considering buying or selling a property, or if you’re a tenant or landlord, we want to ensure that your safety is maintained. In some situations we may need to restrict viewings, however we would ask you to call or email initially to discuss your query.

If you’re an existing tenant and have a maintenance issue we will endeavour to resolve your matter as quickly as possible, but we foresee there may be potential issues with the availability of parts or contractors. You should contact us via email or phone and we will keep you apprised of the situation.

Whilst this is a difficult time for everyone involved, we hope you and your family and friends are safe and well. Thank you for your support and your patience, it is greatly appreciated.
